Kanzai

Purchase and refund terms

Effective 10 September 2026. Version 3.

Who sells and who supplies

For purchases through Polar, Polar acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller. iQit BV, trading as Kanzai, licenses and supports the software. Its business address is Uilenstraat 73, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Its enterprise number is 0870.611.820 and its VAT number is BE 0870.611.820. Product support is support@kanzai.io. Polar’s Buyer Terms identify Polar Software, Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901 and its affiliates. Polar handles the checkout, payment and applicable transaction taxes. Its role does not replace the supplier’s product obligations.

Offer and delivery

The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Your receipt repeats it. One key covers three machines. The Polar receipt names the product Kanzai Unlimited. The checkout shows the total and any tax before you pay.

Polar delivers the license benefit through its purchase/customer portal. Paste the key in Kanzai to activate it; a provider key requires network access. A valid key lifts the free caps described in the software terms. It does not include a Claude or Codex subscription. Downloads and update installation currently remain available without a paid key.

Renewal and cancellation

The license is a yearly subscription. Polar charges your payment method on each yearly billing date until you cancel. A checkout can carry a fourteen-day trial. Polar collects your payment method at the start of the trial. The first charge lands when the trial ends. The checkout states the price, the interval and the next charge before you buy. Your receipt repeats them.

For a subscription, use the customer portal linked from your Polar receipt or contact Polar support for checkout assistance. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Paid access then ends at the end of the year already paid. A cancellation during the trial prevents the first charge. Uninstalling Kanzai or removing a key does not cancel billing. Access may remain cached for up to fourteen days after a successful check; this cache is not a billing extension or refund policy.

Refunds and withdrawal

You can ask for a full refund within fourteen days after your first payment. After a trial, that first payment is the charge at the end of the trial. The fourteen days count from that charge. This applies to every buyer, consumer or business. Renewals are not refunded. Cancel before the billing date instead. For a purchase issue, contact Polar using the receipt or its support address and provide the order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send a full license key or confidential project files unnecessarily. Write to support@kanzai.io if Polar does not settle it. The supplier reviews the case and answers you.

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and faulty-product remedies remain available. Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, a fourteen-day withdrawal right can apply. Immediate digital supply does not automatically remove it. Any exception requires the applicable express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation.

A cancellation, refund and revocation are different actions. Polar’s refund tooling can revoke benefits. A refunded or revoked key can keep working until the local validation cache expires. A key from a trial you cancelled can keep working the same way. Nothing here limits a statutory refund or remedy.

Support

Polar handles checkout and billing enquiries under its own terms. Write to support@kanzai.io for product support. It covers installation, activation, license keys and faults in the app.
